Lynda Johnson Maybruck
Partner and Project Director

Lynda Maybruck is a managing partner of Compass Communications having more than 25 years experience in Marketing Communications and Sales Operations in a high technology environment. For 14 years she concentrated in the Event Marketing arena, with management positions at Apple Computer, providing extensive experience in strategic planning, partnership building and motivational management. She provides excellent skills in needs assessment, organization development, creative thinking and team building. At Apple, Lynda managed the Americas’, as well as global event strategies, and directed all operational functions for various sales/marketing and incentive events. A few of these activities included: Worldwide Sales Conferences, CEO customer events, Americas’ and Pacific Rim incentive programs, and employee motivational programs in conjunction with the ’96 Olympic Organizing Committee. Lynda specializes in building strong project teams to develop unique, high level executive meetings and activities,including the development of award strategies and recognition/awards ceremonies. Lynda has the deep expertise to develop programs that suit the character and culture of any audience.

Gail Blake
Partner and Operations Manager

Gail Blake is a managing partner of Compass Communications having more than 22 years event experience in the high technology industry. Her primary responsibilities include: managing operations, registration, pre-program planning, on-site operational/logistical management, and reconciliation of all events, meetings and incentives for groups of 30 to 2500. She has proven success in managing and leading teams efficiently and effectively. Her strong operational/logistics background at Apple, as well as her interpersonal skills are essential when it comes to providing communications between team members, vendors, venues and most importantly, the client and their attendees. While working for more than fifteen years at Apple, Gail supported and developed unique programs for employee incentive programs, sales conferences, special events and management seminars. Gail is goal oriented and success driven.
